This past weekend Chris, Luke, and I drove up to Colgate for the Class of '32 track meet. This is a home meet where cross country/track alum are encouraged to come back and race in the alumni mile, have brunch together, catch up, AND donate to the program :) This year, Molly and Jenny, my roommates/teammates from college AND two of my bridemaids, decided to attend the meet. Ironically, all three of us had baby boys in 2008 (with a 6 month span between the first and last baby). You would have thought we planned this out very carefully together, but we're not that weird ;) This was the first opportunity for all of us to get together since the boys were born. Luke met his future buddies, Jeffrey and Gray, and the girls caught up. We had a fabulous time and I miss Molly and Jenny already. Now if Megs and Kate could have joined us it would have been perfect...so we're planning a get together soon.
These are pics from the weekend, including Luke and one of his namesakes, Luke McGuinness, who was a teammate of ours and is married to Jenny. By the end of the day when we were dressing up the babies to leave the restaurant (which was a true adventure), they had about HAD IT for the day, as you can tell :)
