It's been a while!

It has been a long time since we updated this blog. We've been busy--overwhelmed--with house work, school work, and regular work. I'm about done with my pre-requisites for PA school and submitted my applications last week. Now it will be a waiting game until next Feb or so. In the meantime, we have plenty of other work on our plates, including wrapping up all the detail work on this addition. Mom and dad are coming down today to help out with Luke and with the house while I go to class next week and take finals. While they're here, Chris is taking the week off so he and Pete can do the tile in the bathroom and upstairs trim. The trim is going to be a challenge because we're trying to match it to the antique look we have downstairs. In the meantime, here are some updated pics of the house. We were thoroughly enjoying the porch until this heat came along...
