Hummus

Luke's latest crave is hummus, or has he calls it, "humees". He asks for it all the time which is great because he's not a big eater. It has also worked out wonderfully because he likes to dip all his other food--broccoli for instance--into the hummus before he eats it. It's like a healthy dip :) The only problem we've encountered is that Luke has picked up a bit of my OCD and he doesn't like his hands getting dirty. When he gets anything wet or sticky on his hands, he sticks them out and frantically says "hands, hands, hands" until we clean them off. With the hummus, he gets so excited to eat it he just picks it up in his fist and shoves it into his mouth. Then he wants his hands cleaned off before he sticks them back into the hummus. Over and over again...I'm sure this is pay back.
